Place an order

You can simply place an order on To do this, select a product of your choice and the desired size and place the product in the shopping cart. Your products will be saved in the shopping cart until you have completed the order. 

If you want to continue shopping, click on the cross and continue shopping in the online boutique. If you want to complete the purchase, click on "Checkout". 

Our ordering process then guides you step by step through the registration and payment formalities. To do this, simply follow the instructions that are displayed in the browser window. 

Before you complete the order, you can display your selection in the shopping cart at any time. To do this, simply click on the shopping cart symbol in the menu bar at the top right of our homepage. 

After completing the order, you will be informed immediately about the further shipping process. You will first receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided that we have received the order. As soon as your order has been processed by us and we have handed over your purchase to DHL, you will receive another notification by email. All emails contain your order number.


Orders within Germany, Austria and Switzerland are free of charge. 

All other shipping costs will be calculated automatically by us upon check-out, depending on the country. 

Shipping method

Delivery by DHL
We work together with our logistics partner DHL, who will bring your order to the delivery address of your choice. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible. If you want to find out more about DHL's services, you can find all the information in DHL's terms and conditions.

As soon as your delivery has left our house, you will receive a notification at the email address you have entered. This notification contains the DHL shipment number and the link for shipment tracking. 

Your delivery is insured from the time of dispatch with a value of up to 500 €. If you have placed an order with a significantly higher value of goods, we will adjust the sum insured accordingly. We insure every shipment against damage or theft and in this case we assume the costs incurred.

Payment method

To pay for the selected goods, you can choose between paying with PayPal, Amazonpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna Sofort and credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Maestro). We are constantly working to enable further payment methods so that your shopping experience is even more oriented towards your individual wishes and preferences.

Credit card
When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited directly. For this purpose we use the security software SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This asymmetrical encryption method protects the user from third parties being able to access the credit card information during transmission. Likewise, we cannot see the credit card information you have provided ourselves in the course of a credit. For this reason, it is not possible for us to credit a different credit card than this one. 

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. Here, follow the instructions that appear in your browser window. To complete the payment process, enter your username and password. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then complete the payment process.

If you decide to pay by instant transfer, you will be redirected to the official website of our service provider This is where the transfer will be processed for you from your account. Follow the information in the window. 

The payment amount will be transferred from the account you specified. As soon as we have received the payment, we will process your order. 

refund policy

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at any time within 30 days. How you can return your shoes and issue yourself a return label, you can find out here

The exchange and return for a different size or color is free of charge within Germany. We will send you the new product as soon as we have received your return. 

For a smooth return process, the product must be unworn and undamaged. Therefore, please make sure that you only try the shoes on on a carpet or a soft surface so that the sole does not get scratched. All legal rights apply independently and are not restricted by our offer. 

You will get your money back

After we have received and checked the goods, we will refund your money immediately. The credit is always made using the payment method that you selected when you initially paid the purchase price. We strive for a quick processing of your request. Nevertheless, there can be 10-14 days between the time the goods arrive and the reimbursement of the purchase price. We have no influence over this period. Rather, it depends on your credit card company. 

Damaged articles and incorrect deliveries

We and our shipping partner DHL always endeavor to ensure that an order runs smoothly. However, in extremely rare cases it can happen that you receive damaged goods or goods that are different from what you ordered. In these cases we would like to ask you to contact one of our service employees immediately. Of course we will take the item back and refund the purchase price or, if you like, arrange an exchange.
