It is now very easy and uncomplicated for us!
Shipping and returns are free of charge for you in Germany. Shipping to Austria and Switzerland is also free of charge. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to accept returns from abroad. We ask for your understanding.
Returns within Germany
1. Just click on the link! This will take you to the DHL returns portal.
2. Fill out the return form at DHL online with your sender address.
3. Easily create your return label as a PDF.
4. Now you can print out the return label and stick it on your parcel.
5. Simply fill out the return card enclosed in the package and enclose it with the shipment.
6. Send us the package.
7. Our returns are processed once a week. As soon as we have received your package, your money will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
Returns from abroad
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to accept returns from abroad. We ask for your understanding. All legal rights apply independently and are not restricted by our offer. Simply send us your package yourself from abroad to the following address:

Why don't we enclose a return label directly?
In terms of total paper consumption, Germany ranks fourth in the world. Only China, the USA and Japan use more paper than Germany. In view of this large paper consumption in Germany, the saving is of paper makes an important contribution to environmental protection and even if it is just a return label that is not included, everyone can make a small contribution!
