Shipping

Shipping for orders within Germany, Austria and Switzerland are free of charge. All other shipping costs are automatically calculated at check-out.

We work together with our premium logistics partner DHL, who will bring your order to the delivery address of your choice. Delivery to a DHL packet station is also possible. 

All shipments are climate neutral with DHL Go Green.

Returns
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at any time within 30 days. 

The exchange and return for a different size or color is free of charge within Germany.

The product must be unworn and undamaged for the return to proceed smoothly. Please make sure that you try on the shoes on a carpet or a soft surface so that the sole does not get scratched.
